Ranbir Kapoor mostly played lover-boy roles in his career, but with Animal, he has taken a complete U-turn. His shocking transformation for the Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s directorial left everyone in awe. The actor is now busy promoting the movie, and he revealed a few interesting details in an interview with an American magazine.
Ranbir said that Arjun Reddy and Kabir Singh captivated him immensely. When asked why he gave his nod to Animal, Ranbir noted the film’s script amazed him. Ranbir revealed that he didn’t do Animal just because he liked Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s previous films. Ranbir Kapoor added that Animal allowed him to showcase the other side of him.
“Animal challenged me as an actor,” stated the Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani actor. Ranbir Kapoor admitted that his character in Animal will contain a few attributes of Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s heroes. However, the handsome actor stated that his character would undergo an internal conflict, providing great depth to the film. Ranbir also said that after Animal, he will be taking a short break from movies.
