Fans of Aadhi Pinisetty were highly disappointed with the no-show of Sabdham in Tamil Nadu on its opening day. The film, which opened in cinemas worldwide on February 28, surprisingly failed to release in Tamil Nadu despite getting solid reviews from the Tamil film critics after a special premiere.

Hero Aadhi Pinisetty took to X last night and apologized to his fans and movie lovers. “We are doing our best to bring #SABDHAM (Tamil) to theaters for the night show Today! We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and truly regret the situation. Thank you for your patience and support,” Aadhi posted. However, despite Aadhi’s assurance, Sabdham failed to open in Tamil Nadu with night shows due to financial troubles and license clearance issues.

Incidentally, Sabdham had a smooth release across the twin Telugu states. While N Cinemas banner released the film in Andhra and Ceded regions, Mythri released it in the Nizam region. Sabdham also features Lakshmi Menon, Simran, and Laila in key roles. Directed by Arivazhagan, the film is produced by 7G Siva under the 7G Films banner.
