For the past few days, there were rumours that Samantha and Naga Chaitanya are expecting their first baby. The fact that Samantha changed her official name on Twitter to Baby Akkineni fuelled these rumours further, and a section of media began speculating that Samantha has been sending subtle hints with the change of her Twitter handle.
However, Samantha trashed all these rumours and laughed it off saying, “Damn…is she? When you find out please let us know.” It is now confirmed that the actress had changed her Twitter handle to Baby Akkineni only as part of Oh! Baby’s promotions. In the film, everyone affectionately calls her Babeakka.
Directed by Nandini Reddy, Oh! Baby, is going to be Samantha’s tryst with a full length comedy. The film is slated for release on July 5.
