Dil Raju released two major films this Sankranthi – Game Changer and Sankranthiki Vasthunnam. While the Ram Charan starrer underperformed at the box office and is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video, the OTT release of the blockbuster Sankranthiki Vasthunnam seems to be delayed.
ZEE5 has acquired the digital streaming rights, and reports suggest that the film might premiere on OTT in March. Initially, many expected it to arrive within a month of its theatrical release, following the trend of several recent films. However, an official confirmation is still awaited.
Directed by Anil Ravipudi, Sankranthiki Vasthunnam is the highest-grossing film in Venkatesh’s career. The movie features Aishwarya Rajesh, Meenakshi Chaudhary, and others in key roles, with music composed by Bheems Ceciroleo.
