Tamil star brothers Suriya and Karthi have always been coming forward to lend a helping hand whenever disasters strike. This time too, both the heroes and the rest of the family members have generously donated Rs 50 lakhs for the relief and rehabilitation of the Cyclone Gaja victims through their foundation.
Ever since Cyclone Gaja made landfall over the Tamil Nadu coast on November 16, 45 people have been killed and over 2.5 lakh people have been left homeless. Places like Thanjavur, Tiruvarur, Pudukottai, Nagapattinam and Dindigul have been severely affected by Cyclone Gaja.
