The unusual theatrical trailer of Suriya’s Retro has got everyone talking. The romantic action entertainer directed by Karthik Subbaraj will be released on May 1st. Pooja Hegde is the female lead. Generally, trailers help us understand what the film will offer, but in the case of Retro, the makers intentionally created confusion by not giving out any details about the plot.
At the trailer and audio launch event, Suriya said, “Retro will highlight the purpose of our lives. I think my purpose in life is the Agaram Foundation. I am able to run the foundation because of the love and support I am receiving from you all. About 8,000 students have graduated till now, and many more will graduate. We all have a purpose in life. Retro has many layers, like love, laughter, and war. Come to the theatres and enjoy the film on May 1st.”
Shriya Saran will be seen in a special song alongside Suriya. Joju George, Jayaram, and Karunakaran played vital roles. Jyotika and Suriya produced Retro under the banner of 2D Entertainment. Santosh Narayan is the music composer. Naga Vamsi is presenting this flick to Telugu states’ audiences.
