Uppena is a film that many are waiting for eagerly. The film was supposed to release in April but the lockdown happened and changed things upside down disappointing the debut hero Vaishnav Tej.
When many films were coming out on OTT platforms one after the other, the makers of Uppena held back the rights and did not release the film. But when the theatres opened, the team did not even give the release date away like other small films.
This has confused many and the latest update reveals that Sukumar, the producer has sold the rights of the film to Netflix finally. Though this news is not yet confirmed, it has caught on all over.
