The much-awaited sequel of Akshay Kumar’s biggie, Rowdy Rathore 2, is all set to be helmed by Tamil director Mithran, known for his stylish commercial entertainers.
The script has been penned by veteran writer V. Vijayendra Prasad, who is giving it significant revisions to ensure a fresh and engaging narrative while retaining the mass appeal of the original.
The makers are planning to bring back the same high-energy action and entertainment that made Rowdy Rathore a blockbuster. The film will not be a sequel but a standalone film in the same franchise.
With the revised script and Mithran’s direction, the sequel is expected to be a big-ticket entertainer that will be made on a massive scale.
