We had reported earlier that a web-series based on the illustrious life and legacy of yesteryear heroine and former CM of Tamil Nadu J Jayalalithaa is in the making. Popular Tamil director Gautham Menon is directing the web-series, with Tollywood actress Ramya Krishna reprising Jayaa’s role.
As per the latest updates, the first teaser for Jayalalithaa biopic will be released soon, tentatively during Sankranthi. The web-series also features Malayalam star Indrajith Sukumaran as legendary Tamil actor and former TN CM MGR and Vamsi Krishan as Sobhan Babu. The web-series will showcase Jayaa’s life as an actress, politician and as a spirited woman.
