Prabhas’ latest release The Raja Saab hit theatres across languages on January 9, 2026, as a Sankranthi special. Directed by Maruthi, the horror fantasy stars Malavika Mohanan, Riddhi Kumar, and Nidhhi Agerwal as the female leads.
The film has grossed Rs. 183 crore worldwide in its first three days at the box office. However, the momentum has not been as strong as expected. In an attempt to improve footfalls, the makers have now reverted ticket prices to normal rates starting today. Whether this move will translate into better audience turnout remains to be seen.
Apart from the lead cast, the film also features Sanjay Dutt, Boman Irani, Zarina Wahab, Samuthirakani, Sapthagiri, Satya, and VTV Ganesh in key roles. The Raja Saab is produced by People Media Factory, with music composed by Thaman.
