The Song of Bharat, the first single of Superstar Mahesh Babu and director Koratala Siva’s highly-anticipated political thriller, Bharat Ane Nenu, was released yesterday. The inspirational theme song went on to become an instant chartburster and continued to remain atop of the YouTube trends since its release.
Humbled by the overwhelming love showered on the song, Mahesh took to Twitter and thanked everyone. The Superstar specially thanked the song’s composer Devi Sri Prasad, lyricist Ramajogayya Shastry and director Koratala Siva for creating such a “haunting masterpiece”.
Bharat Ane Nenu stars Bollywood actress Kiara Advani as its female lead. The film, being produced by DVV Danayya, is slated for release on April 20. The full audio album will be unveiled on April 7.
