After the failure of Laila, Vishwak Sen is looking to make a comeback with the comedy entertainer Funky. The movie is directed by Anudeep KV of Jathi Ratnalu fame. Kayadu Lohar plays the female lead.

Funky is scheduled for a grand release on February 13, 2026. The latest buzz suggests that the film will have a crisp runtime. It is said that the makers have locked the final duration at 2 hours and 8 minutes. If this news turns out to be true, it will be a perfect length for the genre.

The theatrical trailer will be unveiled soon. Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya are producing the film under the banners of Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, while Bheems Ceciroleo is the music composer.
