After making an impressive debut with Mathu Vadalara, young hero Sri Simha is gearing up with his second film. Titled Thellavarithe Guruvaram, the film is touted as a youthful romantic entertainer. Young beauty Chitra Shukla is the leading lady in the movie.

Thellavarithe Guruvaram makers launched the first single ‘Are Em Ayyindho Emo’ today. The song is a peppy romantic number and Sri Simha displays his dancing skills in it. The song has been penned by young lyricist Kittu Vissapragada and composed and crooned by Sri Simha’s brother Kaala Bhairava.

Debutant Gelli Manikanth is the director and noted producer Sai Korrapati and Benny Muppaneni are jointly bankrolling the film.

Fans of Prabhas and Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone have been eagerly waiting for the updates on their high budget sci-fi thriller. This Nag Ashwin directorial is currently under pre-production. A few weeks ago, Nag Ashwin had promised all the excited fans that an update on this crazy project will be out after Sankranthi.

This morning, Nag Ashwin again took to Twitter and informed the fans that two updates will be out next – one on January 29 and the other one on February 26. While Nag Ashwin is tight-lipped about the nature of the updates, speculations are already rife that one could be about the date of commencement of the shooting and the other one could be the announcement of the film’s music composer.

Young entrepreneur and hero Ram Charan’s wife Upasana Konidela today unveiled the first look poster of Natyam, an upcoming inspirational drama based on Kuchipudi dance. Natyam features well-known Kuchipudi dancer Sandhya Raju and Revanth Korukonda in lead roles.

Natyam’s powerful first look showcases Sandhya Raju draped in a traditional saree as a classical dancer. With a Nataraju idol adorning her back, she appears like a Goddess of dance. Natyam marks Sandhya Raju’s silver screen debut. The makers say that Sandhya has delivered a mesmerizing performance through her acting, expressions and dance. The film showcases a unique relationship between a dance guru and his disciple and is intertwined with a love story.

Debutant Revanth Korukonda has not only written and directed the movie, but also cranked the camera and edited the film. Kamal Kamaraju and Rohit Behal play the male leads in the film. Shravan Bhardwaj has composed the music for Natyam. Nishrinkala Films has bankrolled the film, which is gearing up for release soon.
