Maverick director Mani Ratnam’s 25th movie Ponniyin Selvan-1 created a new record. Starring Vikram, Karthi, Jayam Ravi, Trisha, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and others in significant roles, the movie is ruling the US box office.
According to the latest reports, Ponniyin Selvan-1 surpassed the lifetime collections of Rajinikanth’s 2.0 in the USA. So far, the period action drama has collected a massive $5.55 million and become the all-time number one Tamil movie in the USA. Whereas, the film didn’t fare well in Telugu states.
