Director Puri Jagannadh and hero Vijay Deverakonda are all set to make a ‘Liger Promise’ to all the fans on Monday (Sep 6) at 4 PM. Whether this ‘promise’ is going to be about their ongoing film Liger’s release date or the teaser launch date will be revealed tomorrow evening.
Liger is an intense sports drama with mixed martial arts as its backdrop. Vijay will be seen as an MMA fighter on the movie and he has worked quite hard to develop a chiseled body. The film introduces Bollywood starlet Ananya Panday as the female lead.
Liger is being made as a pan-India biggie, with Karan Johar and Apoorva Mehta co-producing the movie in association with Puri and Charmee. Stay tuned for the Promise tomorrow.
