Salaar, starring Prabhas, took a massive start in the international markets. Just from the premiers in North America, the film collected 2.5 million dollars. From total overseas, the action drama took a mammoth opening of 6 million dollars on its first day (including premiers), which is approximately 50 crores in Indian currency. While compared to Salaar, Dunki had a low opening in the range of 2.8 million dollars in overseas.

Now, Shah Rukh Khan’s film has started dominating Salaar in major international markets. Already, Dunki is ahead of the Prashanth Neel’s directorial in Australia, UK, and New Zealand. In North America, Dunki has started to take the lead from today, and very soon, the social comedy-drama might also cross the North America total of Salaar.

It is worth noting that the ticket rates of Dunki are extremely low in North America. Till now, Salaar and Dunki have collected in the range of 8 million dollars from overseas, and going by the latest trend the Rajkumar Hirani’s directorial will start leading the overseas numbers in no time. Shah Rukh Khan has always been the biggest Indian star in overseas, and the same is being proved once again with Dunki.

But the collections of Dunki won’t be as big as Pathaan and Jawan, both of which collected nearly 400 crores from foreign markets. While Shah Rukh Khan is leading the overseas race, Prabhas’ Salaar is ahead of Dunki in India by a huge margin.
