RRR had its worldwide television premieres on Star MAA recently. The film was screened again on the 13th of this month.
In the second television screening, Star MAA chopped off the entire flashback portion including the Ajay Devgan part. The entire 15 minute odd stretch was chopped off in the screening.
This has led to an interesting discussion on Twitter and many are finding it amusing as not often does a Rajamouli directorial get modified in TV screenings.
Perhaps Star MAA had to edit the screening due to time constraints. The company is yet to comment about the same though.
