With the slasher film Cult, Vishwak Sen returns to the director’s chair. The promotional material released so far promises an extremely violent film. Cult revolves around a game held at a private party, where those who lose are mercilessly killed.
Cult is touted as India’s first slasher film and is set to open in cinemas on October 30. The latest update reveals that the theatrical trailer will arrive on October 18. A new poster was released to announce the same. Along with direction, Vishwak Sen will also play a major role.
Cult stars Gayatri Bharadwaj, Tarak Ponnapa, Murali Sharma, Srikanth Iyengar, Karthikeya, Anirudh Bhaskar, Ezy, Yagnya Turlapati, Kabeer Bhartiya, Vishak Nair, and Chepuri Vivek in key roles. The film is produced by Tarak Cinemas and Vanmaye Creations. Ravi Basrur is composing the music.
