I am very humbled by the love and affection that I have received for my film. I thank everyone who made Ok Bangaram such a huge hit and gave me a rousing welcome.

Q) What was your father’s reaction after watching the film ?

My father is very young at heart and loves being contemporary. Mostly, he never reacts on any of my movie releases but connected big time with this film. He praised my performance in particular, and loved Mani Ratnam’s direction.

Q) How was it working with the legendary Mani Ratnam ?

It is a dream come true for any upcoming actor like me. I would have given my nod to working with Mani sir even without knowing the story. But icing on the cake was when he met me and narrated the entire story. I can never forget the working experience and have learnt a lot on this film.

Q) Will you do more films in different languages from now on ?

No ! As of now, my focus is on Malayalam flicks. Once in a while, if I get a good script, I will do a Tamil film. I feel that one should know the language to do films in other states.

Q) Tell us about your sizzling chemistry with Nithya Menon ?

Nithya and I go a long way back. My second film was with her, and I have spend so much time during the making of my three films with her. We have a close friendship and this helps me share a good chemistry which shows on screen.

Q) Do you watch Telugu movies. Who is your favorite actor ?

Of Course, I do watch Telugu movies. Manam and Magadheera are my personal favorites. I follow every actor in Telugu but Pawan Kalyan and Mahesh Babu are my personal favorites.
